Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Information
Cyprus Deliveries
Shipping within Cyprus is carried out through
Akis Express, with delivery to Akis Express pick-up points.
A flat shipping fee of €3.00 applies to all
Cyprus orders.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 3–4
working days from the dispatch date.
Please note that delivery times are estimates
only and are not guaranteed. Order processing and dispatch may take up to 48
hours after order confirmation and payment verification.
In certain cases, additional verification with
your payment provider or card issuer may be required before dispatch. We always
aim to minimize delays and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
International Deliveries
International shipping is handled by EMS.
Estimated delivery time for international
orders is approximately 5–10 working days from the dispatch date, depending on
the destination country and local customs procedures.
International delivery times are estimates only
and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or other
circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for any customs
duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.
2. Delivery
We aim to ensure that all items are delivered
in excellent condition and within the estimated delivery timeframe.
Deliveries within Cyprus are made to the
selected Akis Express pick-up point. International deliveries are made to the
shipping address provided during checkout.
A signature may be required upon delivery. Once
the package has been signed for, responsibility for the goods transfers to the
customer.
If you nominate another person to receive the
order on your behalf, their signature will be accepted as proof of successful
delivery and transfer of responsibility.
Customers are advised to inspect packages upon
receipt. If the packaging appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, we
recommend reporting the issue immediately to the courier provider and
contacting us as soon as possible.
3. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing
accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.
Sticker Studio Cyprus is not responsible for
delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping
information provided by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply for
returned or re-shipped orders.
4. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delivery delays caused
by:
- Customs
clearance procedures
- Courier
service disruptions
- Extreme
weather conditions
- Public
holidays
- Strikes or
force majeure events
- Other
circumstances beyond our reasonable control
