1. SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping within Cyprus is carried out by AKIS Express and a flat rate of three (3) euros is applied for shipping services with every order. Estimated delivery time is two (2) to three (3) working days after dispatch date. Estimated delivery times are to be used a guide only. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

International shipping is carried out by TNT Worldwide. Estimated delivery time is approximately five (5) to ten (10) working days after dispatch date. Estimated delivery times are to be used a guide only.

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the nearest Akis Express Pick Up Point and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Our delivery service is carried out by Akis Express within Cyprus. Estimated delivery times are to be used a guide only and commence from the dispatch date. Upon delivery of the purchased products, we require your signature, at which point responsibility for the products passes to you. If you have specified another person as recipient of the purchased products, then their signature serves as evidence of fulfillment of the delivery and likewise transfer of the responsibility. Please check the package is not damaged before signing.
